1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused and unworn.
Items must be in their original condition.
Original tags must remain attached.
Items must include original packaging and accessories.
Products must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
For shoes, please try them on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
For handbags and accessories, all original packaging, dust bags, and included materials must be returned.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Final Sale items
Clearance items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Items damaged due to customer use
Items returned without prior approval
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

Reason for return
Photos of the item
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back before receiving return approval.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received is incorrect;

The item was damaged during delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order.
Rmysshy is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during transportation.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Missing parts;

48 hours of delivery.

7. Exchanges
At this time, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
This allows you to receive your preferred size, color, or style as quickly as possible.
8. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted before your order enters processing or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.
9. Sale Items & Promotions
Items purchased during promotional events or with discount codes may be returned unless marked as:
Final Sale
Final Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
